Club Rules

There are very few rules, sufficient only to maintain safety and our good name and reputation with site owners!

 

Please do not arrive on site before the appointed time, usually 12 noon, and depart by 12 noon on the final day. (Check rally details for variations). Please do not seek to arrive earlier, this is not only unfair on those trying to set up the rally but may also affect the Club’s insurance.

 

Please do not drive onto the field without being directed to a peg by the marshals. Keep a distance of at least 20 feet between units.

 

Please keep pets on a lead and under control at all times.

 

Please determine the location of fire and first aid equipment and emergency telephone numbers.

 

Please observe a strict 5mph speed limit on site.

 

Please use appropriate filling points for drinking water and Elsan charging.  Do not charge toilets from drinking water taps.

 

Please direct all queries, any complaints etc to the rally marshal, not directly to site owner.

 

Generators are permitted only between the hours of 10am and 2pm daily. Exceptions may be made at marshals’ discretion only for emergencies (medical etc) or for the provision of a rally

entertainment.
